★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop stopped booting at a really bad time for me. They quickly recovered the data I needed and even worked after hours to get my data for me. Over the next week they were able to diagnose that my gpu had been over heating, flow my motherboard to fix the damage (i.e. board repair) and then clean up the motherboard. It now works perfectly. If you are looking for a company that cares about the customer I highly recommend Orion one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my old laptop in for a clean-up. They did a great job at a good price. Michael was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and personable. Had to take it back to have pop ups eliminated. Didn't charge me for the extra work done. It is now working better than it ever did. Appreciated the phone calls giving me status reports. Highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend this place and I actually did awhile ago to a friend and she also loved it. Great staff and friendly people. Michael is totally awesome, needed a new computer, bought one at a great price and he transferred everything from mine to the new one and when you don't know a lot about computers and electronics, it is great to have a person like Mike. He will explain and show you everything. If I need the computer serviced for any reason, he always does it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Mark told me that they had a computer advertised on Marketplace in stock, and that I could pick up Monday after 1pm when the store opened. I drove to Kitchener and Michael said that they didn't have any, hadn't gotten any in and that he would get back to me later that day or the next morning. About 2 in the afternoon Michael calls saying no stock at his suppliers and may be able to get one in a month. Bottom line, they are advertising products that they don't have, but their suppliers MAY have as if it was their stock.
