★ ★ ★ ★ ★ always a horror show when you have a computer problem. Can't say enough about Horizon. Replaced my hard drive, transferred my data, added software and I was better than new. Faster and more compliant. All for an unbelievably great price. Paul was cordial and patient and delivered exactly as promised. If you've got computer issues this is the place to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very grateful for the customer service and the help I recieved. Paul (the owner) is a very kind man and he helped me with fixing my laptop which I am very grateful for. He even fixed it during the Christmas holidays! I am not highly educated in computers or technology at all, and Paul doesn't make me feel stupid or confused for not knowing any of it. He simply explains to me how the technology works in a friendly manner. Also, I will never forget when he helped me when I was struggling financially and lent me an old phone to borrow to help me get back on my feet. Thank you Paul! I am very impressed with this business and I rate it five stars and recommend it as the best tech support business I have been to. I will definitely be going back in the future for any computer problems I have. :)
