★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not believe this business is honest or ethical. I am a very electrically inclined person and feel this business and its service department are extremely unexperienced and dishonest. I recently brought an amplifier in for service that was not working. After three weeks the service department called saying they could not fix the amp because it was to difficult to trace the components that had failed on the unit. The service tech also stated that he already spent a lot of money on parts to try and repair the unit and just was unable to repair the unit, He then asked for 30 dollars for his efforts which I paid. I took the unit home and decided to investigate the problem myself. I found the parts the service tech replaced based on the solder joints on the amp. I then sourced the parts the tech replaced and found the parts were a total of 2 dollars to purchase. As well as being deceived about price I found locations of the amp that were damaged and again I traced cost on the defective parts, the defective parts were again just a few dollars to purchase. the manager called apologized he could not help with the repair and tried selling me an new amplifier. In a nutshell I do not recommend this establishment for service or sales. I found the experience did nothing to help but take my money and try and take more from me with trying to sell me something when in fact the amp could have been repaired for minimal cost. I do not feel Natural Sound and its employees are ethical at all. Take your business elsewhere Buyer Beware!!! I will post pictures of the failed parts and the of the parts replaced just so everyone is aware of their practices and methods of doing business,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So happy that Natural Sound is still going strong in Kitchener. Took an older, not functioning, very rare Nakamichi turntable to them and they were able to service it and get it up and running again. It's nice to see a store owner and staff care so much about the products that they sell and service. Paul, Andrea, and the rest of the folks on Victoria Street are always a pleasure to deal with, and very happy they were able to fix my beloved record player for a very reasonable cost.

In a world today where things are so much more complex and it's so much harder for the smaller companies to compete, Natural Sound retains their incredible customer service and very competitive prices. They are pure experts in their feel, they don't try to up sell their other products, they only recommend where necessary, but they simply try to help you with what you need. I am more than happy with Natural Sound, you can trust them 100%. Make sure you ask for Dave ?

Paul, Andrea and the team are always a pleasure. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, paired with a no pressure environment always presents me with a positive experience. I’ve been going to Natural sound my entire adult life from car audio, to home theatre audio and video to all your self wiring accessories!
I would never suggest anyone go anywhere else for anything audio/video!!
Thanks again team, and congratulations on continued success and being a staple in the region for so long!

Their staff is knowledgeable and eager to help customers any way they can. I have been a customer for forty years and always enjoy visiting their store. It's particularly impressive that they have had the same staff for years, in some cases decades.
