Mac Repair Man

I came in with a dead screen on my MacBook Pro. Apple gave me the option to fix it at $800, however at Mac repair man I was informed that it was a recall item. I had to fight Apple but they did repair it. I lost trust in Apple but gain trust in The Mac Repair Man. Thank you Mac Repair Man.

If there is one word I would use to describe him, it would be integrity. He put our best interests first, and was honest with us. Never pushy and never unfair with his pricing. Would highly recommend, and have several times with my colleagues and friends

Where do I start. Ahmad truly saved the day for me and I must say I have never met a more genuine, hardworking, truthful and straight up guy before. Especially for someone like myself who knows absolutely nothing about computers or technical things, anyone else would and could have easily ripped me off. The screen of my dinosaur old Macbook decided to stop working and I thought it was truly the end. When calling around Kitchener- Waterloo for quotes, Ahmad promised he'd find a solution with the best possible price. He sure held up his promise. He diagnosed my Macbook (free of charge) and was able to completely repair my computer on a last minute bases, on the same day. He was extremely clear and quick with his communication and responses, answered all my questions, making me feel confident and comfortable trusting him with my 10 year old Mac and overall was very caring, kind and extremely generous. This guy actually cares about the quality of his work and helping people, he's not just in it for the money. I'm so grateful for him and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone! You will not be disappointed and will not find a better deal!!!!

First, as some else has already said I have also seen reviews on yelp left by Ahmad himself, his friend, and his employees. So question the integrity of any exemplary google reviews. I got my laptop fixed by Mac repair man 9 DAYS LATER the screen cracked even though I was so cautious which made suspicious so I contacted Ahmad first asking for the warranty info he’s like apple warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage & I pleaded my case he said he would contact the manufacturer. Since he was taking too long and being sus with giving information over. I went to Apple & got it serviced checked turned out he charged me $630 to put a screen that should’ve been recycled on my laptop. Told me it was brand new & apple warranty covered. In the end I got my money back thank god! He said basically I’m lucky he’s giving me a refund because the screen is cracked. But if it wasn’t for the screen cracking I wouldn’t have know that he used recycled screen and charged me $630 for it. Pictures: Non Physical Proof: I attached the serial code of where repair technician searched it up and found that it was a used part. Remind you Ahmad is not an Authorized Apple service. Apple holds a tight reign on its parts. They don’t sell to independents, they only supply parts to their authorized service providers and their own Apple Stores. User: Oldscreen goat previous review showed a poor quality retina screen. As well BBB review with the complaint type being Guaranteed/Warranty. Physical Proof: Scratches on the screen, Dent on the MacBook Cover, The lining of the display looking worn. I only had this laptop display for 9 days. The computer screen had a screen protector on the whole time and when I took it off I noticed the scratches. Warranty Any service repairs Ahmad do not have Apple warranty! Apple doesn’t warrant third party repairs. only apple stores and apple authorised service providers can honour the warranty. Overall, many customers have been satisfied with his work I can’t so myself keep in mind this is only in regards to MacBook screen repair. In the end I used the refund I got & brought it to an actual apple service place & paid $790.

Ahmad called me right away to help me with my iMac problems. He did the repairs the same day and for a very reasonable price. He impressed me with his kindness, trust, friendliness and keeping to his word (honesty). Very convenient location as his shop is located close to where I live.

Amazing service and incredibly kind and helpful. I broke the screen on my Mac Air. Went to apple initially and they were going to charge me $60 just to diagnose it. The Mac Repair Man diagnosed it for free and walked me through my options from least expensive to most expensive. I'm very happy with the results! And it was a bonus that he got it done in one day.

I’ve been using this service for two years now and without a doubt the best in the game. Recently I had my daughters MacBook into get get fixed, inevitability it was unfixable. Not only did they find me a suitable replacement but they put a pretty little case on if for my daughter for free too. Amazing staff, amazing service and will definitely return with all my MacBook for service or repair

My Early 2015 MacBook Pro had a bad battery, I called the Mac Repair Man and he not only had the parts already in stock he replaced the same day! If you have a Mac that has seen better days do not hesitate to bring your computer here! The service is fantastic the prices are reasonable and you get a quality repair that you can rely on!
