I had tried a different shop who charged me $55 and then said that, yeah, it's not working and tried to sell me a new system. Point Zero diagnosed and solved the problem inside of an hour, checking in with me between diagnostics and repair to make sure I was onboard. Their solution actually makes me system better than it ever was. Highly recommend!

They have always been very generous with their time in helping me take the right direction on my builds and provided labour at a fair price as well. There's good reason they have outlasted other similar shops in KW area.
