I returned it the way I got it, not touched at all.
they didn't take it back. very disappointed.
From now on I'll shop from more responsible sellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great if you don’t need advice. I came here to purchase parts for my son’s school project. The first staff I asked told me to hunt for the parts on specific isles. I had to flag down another staff and convince him to help me with my purchase.
For example, I asked the staff which Soldering iron do you recommend for school projects. The ADVICE I received is “they are all on isle ##, just pick one”. I go to the isle and I see 10 different irons ranging from $10 to $50.
I am sure this place is wonderful if you know exactly what you are looking for.
If you are seeking ADVICE you will need to make your case for the staff to come around the cashier desk and walk with you to the isle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of products is very low and return policy is terrible (they will only refund 7 days after purchase even if it breaks on day 8). I would not reccomend this store, any branch in the province for that matter. Buy electronic components from anywhere but here. I will not be back again. Junk product and terrible service.
