★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is horrible, the return/exchange policy is not good. I see from the reviews I'm not the only one with this issue.
$30 pair of pants seem to have a manufacture defect causing the elastic on the pants to fold over and basically render the pants useless after ONE DAY of use. On top of that, the weighst is unproportionate to the length, three sizes of pants and both weighst and length get bigger. One of the worst work pants I've ever purchased.
After all the money myself and my family has spent here, I was hoping for a better experience to just exchange the pants and deal with the length. I'd rather find somewhere else to get work wear.
Also the hours of business clash with most construction workers

I putet jacket on the counter and left.. nobody came for say solution.manager told me you tell me solution

I paid almost $70 for the jacket and they accept return it without refund
CLOSE YOUR STORE AND PUT EVERYTHING IN GARBAGE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, this store is great. SO much better than Mark's work warehouse. Better selection, better prices, and so much more options. Also a family owned business so you're helping support people in your area. It really is a win win! Also there's always sales, check them out in person!
