โ โ โ โ โ I was really surprised at how passive the employees were to the waiting customers. I had to pick up an order from their solution shop/printing area, so they bounced me from one door to the next, having me wait outside for 20 minutes with no one else in the queue in front of me. There was clearly a mix up with the pick up for the printing area, but it'd be nice if one side communicated to the other side so multiple employees tell you they are "calling the lady from that side"... who is actually a man. Facepalm.
The worst part is, I ordered cheques from the Staples Solution Shop, and the box was opened when I picked it up and the employee, Salwa (sp.?) didn't even acknowledge the fact that it was open even though there are 2 wide and bright tape strips that cross the box saying in bold letters, "IF SEAL IS BROKEN, Contact Your Supplier". Well, yeah! Why would you and your employees open a box of cheques?
I ordered these April 27 and it took a whole month for me to get them... the order should've been done after 1-2 weeks but they didn't even call me. I had to call a few times searching for my order while they were there opening my cheques. Not only is this terrible service, it's a breach in confidentiality. This package was mailed from the special order Staples location and was meant to just be picked up at this store, but they went ahead and opened it when it says not to. I'm shocked and disturbed. Whoever did that should be fired.
I suggest going to a different Staples if you need something, especially if it's confidential and sensitive items.

โ โ โ โ โ This location is horrible. They bounce you around from employee to employee without even trying to help. They know absolutely nothing about their products and they wonโt bother trying to help you find anything. Itโs clear staples only cares about their business clients and prices have gone up significantly. The variety is abysmal too. Save your time and go literally anywhere but here.

โ โ โ โ โ Awful, awful location! I really needed to buy something on Sunday. I arrived at 10 and discovered they wont open until 11, no biggie it's my fault for not checking so I waited. At 11 and they still didn't open. I considered going to either canada computer or best buy but decided not to, I thought the store would open anytime now but boy was I wrong. At 11:30 they still didn't open. That's when I decided to I'm going somewhere else.
Thanks alot staples wasting my time on precious only day off.

โ โ โ โ โ Print services are good and cheap. It's also open relatively longer. However, taking passport photos is a hassle. The machine breaks down frequently but the people are great, kind and considerate.

โ โ โ โ โ Have gone to this copy centre for 11 years. Have always brought my own paper and used it to photocopy. As always I asked a staff member to ensure I was putting my paper into the correct tray. They informed me that customers are not allowed to bring their own paper and never have been. Clearly employees are not properly trained, as how is it that no one else has mentioned this to me over the past 11 yearsโฆ

โ โ โ โ โ Clean & professional-looking store as always. Their solution shop helps my business to get custom stamps and posters in a relatively inexpensive and timely fashion.
However, I would humbly advise them to improve their organizing method in the solution shop. Every time I am there to pick something up, the staff has to run around and ask multiple colleagues in order to find my thing. It is no hassle to me but it is somewhat annoying when this happens all the time.
