Dishonestly misleading customers in the ad by claiming as the lowest price of the city. --- actually higher than ink refill store at Lansdowne mall, when asked, the staff said the so-called lowest price on their ad is among their own stores.As a local guide, I strongly do NOT recommend this store !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful store. I had a problem with a problematic Epson cartridge and the owner resolved the issue by simply giving me another filled cartridge, no question asked. Clearly the owner value his customer and will return to refill again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My thanks and apologies to the owner. Two months ago, I purchased 3 toner cartridges for a Brother MFC-9130CW lazer printer. I trusted he provided me the correct ones. After opening the yellow cartridge without confirming, it turn out I got an incompatible set of cartridges. I want to share the fact that replaced the wrong set of cartridges with the correct set. I offered to pay for the opened cartridge but he refused. I think he could have decline to exchange after 2 months. I'm fortunate to have dealt with a man of integrity.
