★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys know their stuff. We needed a new copier for our office so we called them for a quote.
Instead of just sending us a quote they came in and did a print assessment of our network.
They ended up replacing all of our old devices with new ones. The savings on the toner alone made up for the new lease costs.
We have all new devices and are paying pretty much the same as we did before.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and were very patient in training our staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently decided to update our printers and copiers from Lexmark to Xerox to better align with the rest of our business and simplify our operations. We discussed our plans with Xerox and they suggested working with Printers Plus to make this happen. We needed to replace 38 devices, have them set up in approximately 20 locations, and then have the old Lexmark devices removed from the sites for recycling. Printers Plus was a pleasure to work with from the ordering and scheduling process, to the installation and removal process. With a project like this we usually end up with major scheduling issues and delays, but during this project we only experienced minor interruptions and Printers Plus did everything in their power to make things right and get us back on track. We ended up completing the project ahead of schedule and on budget with happy employees in our branches during the changeover. For us, the most important part of our business is customer service, and I’m happy to say we’ve found a partner of like mind in Printers Plus. We look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

While I cannot speak on behalf of my company, I can certainly say that I personally believe Printers Plus has provided exceptional service for the 4 years I have worked here. Their technician Kevin Wong is extremely knowledgeable, and has been keeping our ageing Sato M84-series printers productive and effective. Their sales and service teams are very mindful of their client's budgetary needs, and I've never felt like I was being pressured into purchasing new equipment if it wasn't going to be cost-effective. Their expertise is expanded through a wide range of brands and technologies, allowing them to be a one-stop solution for my facility. I can usually get same-day emergency service if I need it, but their preventive maintenance service is more than effective enough to ensure that emergencies rarely occur.
We are a food manufacturing facility, and we have very tight requirements with regards to food safety and GMP compliance. Never had to correct their techs on compliance issues; they're always on-point. They are always willing to work with our tight production schedules and equipment availability.

Quite frankly they saved our event! There was an important business fair that day and our toner cartridge produced blotchy results! Ahhh – the panic!
Called Printers Plus because we knew they provided great service for a client of ours. The person on the phone found me a representative right away. Mike took my call. He found and secured the LAST cyan toner cartridge for our printer in all of BC, put it on hold, and made arrangements so I could go get it ASAP. I was able to pick up the toner cartridge from the supplier's warehouse, print the brochures, and voila – fantastic business fair! Thank you Printers Plus!
Great business to work with. Highly recommended to family, friends, and other businesses.
