C	Client x- Client on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Technician supposedly fixed the problem which reoccurred, another tech came and found new problem. Charged for both repairs + travel time which is unreasonable. Our own maintenance man found the real problem in two minutes. Total costs over $1500 !!!

He was very professional and super friendly and my clients air conditioning was fixed in no time. Also, he checked other things so as to not leave the job with any future issues. Brilliant! I will always recommend companies that go above and beyond!

I had the pleasure of meeting Aron, who honestly, went above and BEYOND. He spent over an hour getting to the root of the problem which no one else did before. He also was very responsive if we had any following questions, answering all our queries in a timely manner. Thanks Aron!

I really appreciate their quick response at that point. I told the dispatcher that we normally open at 11am but, I will be there at 9 to meet the technician. No one showed up that day. I have been told that they had a mixedup schedule and apologized for it. I took a new appointment... Technician came on time and fixed the issue, told us that this will not be under warranty. we paid $450 to open a clogged line. Three days later same problem occurred. I have been told, “if it is a clogged again, you have to pay for the service again”. We found another service for a way cheaper price and i have not experienced the same thing again since then. I would not recommend them.

I was told at that time someone will contact me within a day or 2 tops. No word by Friday, I called back to find out whats going on. And was told the following: - we don't have a record of your call - we are too busy to accept any new customers - you're out of luck and thank you for waiting 3 days to find out Sorry!

m	mike stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We contacted Eviro-Tech on Tuesday for a non-urgent service. They said they would have a technologist out before Friday of the same week. On Friday morning, we called them asking where the tech was, and Enviro-Tech asked us if we were willing to pay an overtime rate to have the tech come the same day. We reminded them that we placed the call on Tuesday. The dispatcher quickly took back his offer for the premium service and said that he would get back to us. Later on Friday, Enviro-Tech said that a tech would in fact not be coming on Friday. Seems like these guys use the ol bait and switch technique. We called another HVAC company Pacific Mechanical and they had a tech out next day and fixed our problem.
C	Coastal Portable Refrigeration Rentals on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look no further....One of the best Mechanical company.... After having a client, constantly leave the door open for long periods of time, our unit was not working properly. We called Enviro-Tech to see if they can take a look, and get our unit working again, especially with us being busy with rentals during the hot weather. From the first call, the staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. The Technician was VERY experienced, friendly, and support was fantastic. I was very happy to hear, it was not the compressor, and an easy fix to get this unit running again.
