They have run a 2 year Warranty & Service program for the past 6 years, and their service staff are second to none. They always go above and beyond, so when you are looking for quality and home you will love look no further.
C	Chad Spence on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend that you do not purchase from Sarina Homes. I purchased in CoCo building and the quality of work has been pathetic. I've had contractors return to my unit multiple times to repair the same issues over and over and the quality of work has been subpar. Talking with other owners, they are having the same issues in their units. I can hear people in the unit above me walking around and this is a brand new build! Waterlines are exposed outside the building and the electrical transformers are almost ran at full capacity. If you are thinking about purchasing here or the new Harrison apartment down the road I would stay away.

We contacted them, and Colleen responded right away. She had someone come out to inspect the issue, and they took care of getting quotes and scheduling the tradespeople. The process went very smoothly, the tradespeople all arrived on time and did their job well. Colleen was great throughout the entire process, and we really appreciate the service that she, and the rest of Sarina Homes provided to resolve our issue. Great work!
