From A to Z like amazon claims. He helped me deal with the Town, knew exactly what permits I needed. So much more I can write about my experience... it there was a 10 star option I would have chosen it. Thanks again Sam.

And the price was unbeatable, I did shop and compare and for the quality of the home and the price, this was the place to buy from. Samlan Homes had a lovely display and also the sales person is super knowledgeable on the setup and delivery of my home. I do recommend Samlan Homes to everyone looking to buy because I shopped everywhere else and spoke to a lot of other sales people and Samlan was my place of choice. Also through all the dealings that I had, he showed a lot of integrity and experience.

He took care of my family and I from start to delivery of the house. The house is amazing. All the staff at Samlan are pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. I looked around at other dealers also, so I can safely say Samlan Homes is the way to go.
