I really like Bulk Mart. Their customer service has been great every time I call. They are very helpful and courteous and I received my online purchase within less than a week. I highly recommend them.

My new fave online ordering. Loot bags, baby shower favours, bake sale supplies, this is the place where ‘regular joe’ meets cool bulk restaurant items. I’ll be back again and again!

Great place to buy Hard to find baking supplies, ingredients and packaging. Good Price, fast and efficient shipping. Actually I got the package the next day after placing the order, did not even have to pay for Priority Shipping. Definitely suggest and will order again.

I saw a product online so I called to see if they had inventory in stock. They had a different brand that they posted online and didnt even bother updating. When i asked for quantity they said they can only sell me 1 per customer. I called a few times to match the product numbers to make sure it was what I needed. I also called to make sure what time they close since im coming from far. When I arrived she started telling me stories about another customer who said the exact same thing as me.....I have no idea what she was talking about or why she is even talking to me about other customers that has nothing to do with me. She said let me see if we have any in stock. She went to the back to talk to somebody and now all of a sudden she does not have any in stock anymore which is obviously a lie...Then she said i didnt order online if I did then they would put it aside..but I asked if i can pay on arrival which they said yes to. She sold out within 1 hour of me calling which is hilarious. Unorganized and have no idea how to do business. Wasted my time and gas for nothing.. Garbage company, never again. They play games with customers.

Five stars for Best experience with shipping, I placed the order for my restaurant in New Brunswick, got the pallet shipping option which really worked for me and got the order delivered on time without any incident. The quality of spices and other items is Great, will order more for sure!

I like the product however help in store needs to be better. You need to be approachable, and responding to a question shouldn’t make your customer feel as if you are bothered by it. Did my wife get her answer, yes however the tone was not customer service like. If you end up ordering a product online and need to exchange in store because you realize you can buy in bulk because it will be cheaper, instead of helping my wife she was being diverted to go online to check. Luckily I was at my computer giving my wife info so she can tell the lady at the counter the product in her warehouse we want, this part should have been handled by customer service and I would think you can check on your computer you have at your counter to help locate the same product we bought just in larger quantity. if I was not available to check on my pc (to view the site on cell phone it’s difficult because there so many pages to through) we would have to drive back 1 hour again some other day. Second you ask customer to get the product from your warehouse shelves it’s the most confusing process because the layout is not customer friendly. Did my wife walk out the store with the product, yes. Do we like the product, yes however if decent customer service ( not asking for a smile) was there I would have rated you higher. So far 3/3 times I had not best experience, even when you order the product online and you run out of stock you don’t call or email your customer to advise of the delay, I had called in after 5 days and was told the product is out of stock and they can give me the same one in white.you could have done that sooner and would have gotten the best rating again customer service is not at the standard you would expect. Products are great. To your response- I can understand stock availability is not in your control but it’s what is in your control to call customer and let them know or Update the order status that it’s out of stock. Second my wife also waited in line just like other customers to get help and to clarify before buying the product and it can only be done at front desk so I hope you understand it’s not fair that she waited in line to get help and because she needs more help she has to come out of line to check online. All she was asking for the price because you don’t have prices listed there. I’m glad you accepted you moved her to side to figure out by checking on the site even though she waited in line to get help and you weren’t interested to help. And If your staff is there to help then they should have helped and answered her questions instead of telling her to check price online. It not right to leave a customer’s inquiry unanswered that waited in line just like any other customer to get help and to buy the product. It’s more disappointing to hear your staff’s interest was not there to provide assistance to my wife because your focus is to help the person behind her. Once you finished helping the person behind her you still didn’t help her when she asked for help Again we like the product however the customer service I disagree with you respectfully, it’s not friendly. Hopefully next time it’s a different experience and I’ll write follow up response to this. Thank you

I am a professional baker, placed the order for pickup, got ready in time, the process was smooth at the pickup time, staff was nice and helpful, definitely going to order on regular basis as you guys have the best bakery supplies, it like a treasure for bakers and one thing more they have made it handy by putting all the samples

Thanks BulkMart team! Really good experience. I placed the order for delivery for my restaurant. The prices are competitive but on the top, I really like the service, starting from the ordering to the delivery, the process is smooth and easy. I even got the good feedback from my employees that the delivery staff was very helpful and cooperative. Definitely going to order for my second location as well.
