My vehicle is nearing 400 000km and I have had it since 2007. T&T Auto has been my exclusive service technician ever since I purchased this vehicle. In nearly a decade my vehicle has only left me stranded once and this is a testament to the meticulous work Wess and his team puts in when servicing my vehicle during its quarterly oil changes. When my vehicle did break down I called T&T Auto and they immediately dispatched a wrecker to collect my vehicle and deliver it to their shop. I didn’t have to worry about finding payment for the Wrecker service as Wess was able to incorporate the wrecker fee into his service bill. I found this extremely beneficial as I didn’t have any cash to pay the wrecker driver at that time. Wess has always been the consummate professional when it comes to handling service requests for my vehicles. T&T stands behind their workmanship, giving me peace of mind that my vehicles are serviced/ repaired properly. As a sales person, I rely heavily on my vehicle so it’s imperative that my vehicle is in immaculate condition. Whenever I take my vehicle in for a mere oil change, the technicians at T&T Auto will inspect my vehicle to ensure that it is in a reliable state and they will bring to my attention, any parts that may require service immediately or in the near future. There have been many instances where I have to show up at T&T Auto unannounced because I hear a strange noise on my vehicle or something does not feel right with the steering. In all those instances, Wess has always been very accommodating in inspecting my vehicle, addressing my concerns and not letting me feel like a bother. Due to the outstanding service I have always received from T&T Auto, My parents and close friends now use Wess and his team at T&T Auto as their exclusive Service Mechanics to service their vehicles.
