★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a shipment scheduled for delivery between 9 to 1pm no one came. I called to find out what was going on and they said they dont know. I randomly receive a call 2 hours after they didn't show up that they are outside and the driver got scared of my dog which I already told the appointment lady tell the driver to call 5min before so I'll have him inside. Instead of listening to me the guy says we dont di that we dont give a sharp window for delivery I dont know this and that and when I tried talking back he hung up and now on my tracking number it says I have ubstructed the facility. What a joke I have called the manager know one picks up. Disgusting service stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipment still has not arrived after 8 days. Location is 9 hours away. Could have driven it there faster. Was told it’s on rail and that’s the reason. No accountability. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was to my great disappointment today that the load was delivered to the wrong address (to my billing, instead of shipping address) and instead of my struggling attempts to talk senses to dispatch managers, I was refused to get any compromised solution to the situation.
I hired a third party forklift operator for 4 hours (as this is the window you provide for the delivery) and paid $400 + Tax for the service.
Staff had to come to the place of receiving despite the pandemic and lock down situation in effect. Yet, no one on YRC end wanted to be customer oriented and to provide a solution. The driver was very close to my location and wanted to help, but office did not let him. I even offered to drive myself to a next driver stop to take the load out right there, but no one was willing to cooperate.
Not the Dispatch Manager, not another Lady (who did not represent herself), not the regional manager.
Instead I was not heard, neglected and always interrupted.
Apparently, the only matter everyone was concerned is to get an extra couple pennies from another party who gave them the wrong address. Forget that they failed the one who actually they work for. - The customer.
It is the terrible, terrible service and terrible, customer not oriented attitude.
The other day, after realizing that it is not possible to get another delivery charge from US based shipper, they offered me to pay for another delivery.
