The packaging ensures a safe arrival without any spillage, and order arrived very fast, (next day ). I previously ordered fragrance oils from Amazon, and was unhappy with size and often scents, after receiving my order and using these oils I can say, I won't be going back to Amazon. The scents are on point with description, I tried 5 different flavors (mostly fruit) and love them all, will definitely be ordering more soon . Highly recommend!!

The selection is huge and there are many sizes and price points are available. I’m very happy with the quality of the products and will definitely buy again. As an added bonus, the receptionist I spoke with as well as the warehouse staff who packed my order were very welcoming!

The only thing that I was a bit concerned about is that they all are slightly different from those essential oils that I already used. They smell and feel different. But I think for such affordable price , it’s understandable. Thank you once again for good experience I had with your services. Great people are working there!

All I can say, is New Directions Aromatics have a much more natural scent to them! They smell so pure and wonderful and as a small business owner making bath products, I really appreciate the price point AND the quality!

I would like to humbly suggest offering a minimum amount spent per purchase in order to qualify for free shipping. I usually spend $80-100 per order but would happily spend more knowing I was going to have free shipping. This is a common offer among your competitors. So, perhaps something to be considered. Thank you for all that you do offer! Much appreciated.

The quality of their oils is incredible and I love that they have varieties available and I've been able to find oils from Turkey, North Africa, Arabia, and Indonesia. I hope that they will carry oils and extracts from Iraq, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria in the future. It's not only their essential oils that stand out, but also their fragrance oils. The scents are lovely, smell authentic, and I've found that a 3.3 ounce bottle of their fragrance oils does the work of a 16 oz bottle from other companies. Their customer service is nice. I called once about a possible error on their website with the pricing. They answered and within 5 minutes the error was corrected on the website. Shipping is also very fast. I live in California and I usually have my order within 7-10 days of having placed it. And to top it off they have the best prices.
