Dropped the trailer at the edge of the THE PARK ADN SAID THEY HAD TO GO . we have not been able to get any support after 100 thousand dollars spent. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE - DID NOT WALK US THROUGH HOW TO USE THE TRAILER - DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY - RUN DONT WALK - BROKEN AC/ BROKEN FIREPLACE/ LEAKING WINDOWS - RUN!! WILL POST EVERY DAY ON EVERY SITE TO WARN YOU ALL. RUN. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. THERE ARE MANY GREAT PLACES- THIS PLACE AND THE TEAM ARE SCAMMERS.
J	James Panamick on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a 2016 in 2016, not impressed, windows cheap frost in corners of these, I guess they forgot to put something around them? Already changed both exterior doors, tried to change appliances from black to stainless steel when bought didn't even entertain, no acoustic seal on bottom exterior doors, nice people but find their customer service is lacking big time, had to staple a lot of the trim because they were falling off, to me these for the price are being built to fast, no pride in there work, not good when to have to redo a lot of items, I guess on a good note the plan is exactly what I wanted in a home, lots of plug- in, cupboard space, open concept to what I was looking for.

As a FORMER resident of his park, i am unfortunately aware of the many units he sold in there that while pretty to look at, were full of problems that once he got the thing he worships most, money..he didn’t not stand behind. I would pay extra to buy ANYWHERE else than feed this wolf my hard earned money.

Supposed to do a walk though with us after delivery, didn’t do that either. Had to get park to show us how to turn it on. 100 thousand dollar brand new. Broken AC. Broken fireplace and leaking windows. Run do not walk away from this company. They will take your money and rip you off. Over priced and under serviced. RUN AWAY don’t let your self be stuck where we are begging for service people to come out to middle of lake to to pay for them to help us. I will post daily to ensure no one ever had to go through what should have been exciting. We took our life savings and gave it to the worst company in the industry.

There is no real info in the expanded descriptions.. I cannot choose inventory in Manitoba only so I have to wade through listings I would never consider due to transportation costs.. compared to the dozens of comparable sites I am shopping right now, this web site is bottom two for useful info that draws me in. Instead I can't wait to leave because I've not seen enough to bother with next steps. Oh. Do yourself a favor and read all recent reviews.
