★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i never ever do this but im fed up. i always always come here for my hair products but have had very rude bad experiences with one particular worker who ruins my visit every time shes working. she has made comments about my clothing and the amount of change im giving her and overall is very unprofessional! if you are so inconvenienced by my change then ill just take my business elsewhere. money is money and when you are an unemployed teenager who has to search around the house for any spending money, a few toonies and loonies are super valuable ( better then giving you all nickles!). im very disappointed with my experiences with her and frankly, im offended by her rude comments and attitude towards me. overall this has been a very disappointing experience. very disappointing. if this happens again ill be getting her name and making a formal complaint.

A great variety of beauty products to choose from, no hassle returns and bonuses with purchases. Only reason I gave 4 star is sometimes I'm disappointed that my favorite products aren't always offered in great sales. I highly recommend Sally's for all your beauty needs! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and I were in the store today and they were so good to us. My mom needed some conditioners for her hair they were so helpful and I needed a good mascara and some lipstick I love it so nice. Thank you for a great experience love you guys..

I am myself a retired hairdresser of 40 years so I know what I am talking about and so do the staff who are very helpful and honest on recommendations. My last visit I was helped by a wonderful lady named Trish, thank you for making my day...I will always support this store...highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here with a friend after a really bad hair that made my friend's hair a frizzy, dead mess. The staff member that helped us gave us two packets to help the frizz and recover the hair. Not only was she super nice but she was super knowledge about the products. We used both that day and it went from frizzy dead hair to soft and curly. I don't remember a time when my friend's hair was that manageable. All thanks to the lovely girl who helped us out!!
