I was told they are very busy and it would be 45 minutes for them to fill it. I said I would wait as i needed it filled tonight. After 50 minutes I went back to the pharmacy to get my medication. I was told they ran out and won't have any until tomorrow or the next day. I asked them why they didn't tell me this before and why they made me wait 50 minutes. I could have gone elsewhere and been on my way home by then. The pharmacy assistant simply said she was busy. I took my prescription and left.

Also, we had bought 3 easter Kinder surprises you had on sale. Then learned that there was a potentially expanding recall on these chocolates. We tried to return these chocolates to your store without a receipt. But would've bought other chocolates for our grandchildren. You staff said no refunds, throw them out if you feel uncomfortable with the product!!?? Terrible service on both accounts.

This is supposed to be an option for people that have a few things and don't want to wait to be checked out. They're very difficult to use when you have a lot of items as there is no room to stage the items. Also, they're not very sanitary as they're not getting cleaned. We had to ask the attendant clean today. Not good times for this. It makes no sense having closed signs on all the regular check outs and having one or two people looking over your shoulder when we use self check out. It makes you feel very uncomfortable. I have asked to go through regular check outs and I am told either no or they will check my stuff out through the self check outs for me. That to me make no sense at all. I may be the only that feels this way but I have a feeling there must be many other too.

And I’m still waiting for a callback. My objective being that I had a very bad experience January 21 bringing my five-year-old grandson Wesley in for a Covid vaccination at 8 PM. We had previously explained the injection to my grandson however no five year old loves getting an injection and he is Needle phobic. After much screaming and crying and running around the store we managed to hold him down for his injection, just after the pharmacist put his hand to his head like the sound of the child yelling and crying was giving him a headache. I thought this gesture was very condescending and the pharmacist did not attempt any conversation at all with any of the three of us while in the cubicle. “ A pharmacist should promote the good of any patient, in a caring and compassionate manner. “ very disappointing with this visit, and would not return for a future injection. Did not seem well-versed with paediatric patients. Thank you.
