★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stephanie Sykes at Nexgen Hearing in Penticton does everything in her power to make sure you get what you came for to improve your hearing ,with hearing aides that are right for you. Having to have hearing aide for about 13 years I understand what hearing aides are capable of, but had a hard time trying to explain to my wife. Stephanie allowed my wife to sit in on an appointment and explained to my wife in ways I couldn't, so now she understands a lot more about what I have to deal with. Every appointment I have had with Stephanie she always makes me feel that I have all the information before I leave the office and if not I can call them for what ever reason. I am %100 satisfied with being a client at Nexgen Hearing's Penticton office. Stephanie also works out of Summerland. I will recommend her to anybody and have to anyone who have asked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a decade of wearing hearing aids which has involved appointments with at least ten different audiologists for hearing tests, purchase of new hearing aids and hearing aid adjustments, my August 2019 appointments with Stephanie Sykes of NexGen Hearing in Penticton/Summerland were a refreshing pleasure. Stephanie had sound knowledge of the pros and cons of the two brands and offered sensible suggestions about which of the two would best suit my hearing loss, all with a friendly, no pressure approach which leaves you free to make up your own mind. In addition, NexGen offices are almost unique in offering an initial no money down, three week trial period. If you decide to purchase the hearing aids, they offer twelve month financing at zero percent interest which is a helpful service for those not covered by insurance and who do not have immediate access to several thousand dollars. Finally, NexGen pricing was substantially lower than was offered by the private practice audiologist I visited.

Last Sunday( the long weekend) my husband went to emergency in Nelson to have a tiny piece of his hearing aid removed from his ear. Without the function of both aids he was very frustrated for a few days. We had thought there was a Costco in our next stop, Penticton, but when there wasn’t, he approached NextGen. So friendly and helpful providing him with a replacement of that small but critical part of his hearing aid. Thank you! Thank you!
