★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time calling this place, the receptionist (name started with a d?) hung up on me when I asked her how she was???? so I called back, she hung up on me again. I called back AGAIN asking to speak to an audiologist or hearing specialist and she told me she was NOT going to let me speak to anyone and that she would call the authorities if I called back! What kind of service is that? I think the people working at your front desks forget where they are sometimes. SO unbelievably unprofessional. I will not be using Beltone in the future and I will make sure anyone I know who needs hearing care doesn't either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making my first appointment with Beltone in Aug 2020, I was tested for hearing loss. I discovered I have a significant Sensori-Neural loss due to my age of 84 years. When I arrived at Beltone Hearing Clinic I was greeted immediately by the young lady Caroline, the receptionist at the office. I was brought into my appointment promptly and was greeted by the dispenser Cherie Fowlie, R-HIP who tested my hearing. My test was more thorough than I was expecting! She explained my test results to me and explained the results so I can understand what this all meant. She was very professional along with her staff at the hearing clinic in Summerland!
After my test, I decided to go with the better quality hearing aid which was the Beltone Amaze 17 chargeable hearing aids. Cherie fit the hearing aids for me and explained how they function and how to look after them. When putting the hearing aids in at first, I felt they were somewhat loud to start so Cherie turned them down and explained the brain needs time to adjust to the hearing aids and amplification. The next visit I was pleasantly surprised to find that "yes, the brain does need time to adjust" and everything is working beautifully!! I am loving these hearing aids.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for anyone having hearing problems. Summerland, B.C.

I am confident they understand and they have proven their ability to answer all my questions. They are prompt and efficient, but never make me feel rushed or hurried.
