★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service has declined significantly over the last few years. I got yelled at by a cashier for lining up incorrectly even though they have removed all the stickers and tape indicating how they want people to line up. It's a confusing time for everyone and kindness goes along way with people. I am happy to follow any saftey precautions a business puts in place so long as I'm aware of the precautions or rules exist.... definitely need to work of training their younger staff members on how to interact with the public.

I do not shop there too often,expensive also.

Over a month later. I am standing in line AS I type this. There is 9 people in the lineup and only one person on till, yet I can see three+ people stocking shelves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got some flowers from this place right before visiting some friends. Lucille I believe was the cashier's name. What a fantastic worker. She rapped the flowers up with such care and were very delicate with the flowers, took the price tag off and everything. I know that might just be protocol and whatnot but, that's not how I see this service. I really appreciate you going the extra ile to wrap these flowers up Lucille. Thank you so much.
