There is a young man who works there and when I asked if I could make a appt he said "first of all I am not a secretary" This time while dealing with him on the phone he hung up on me. There is no excuse for such behavior

I have never dealt with such horrifying customer service. We were 'helped' by a man named Alexey who almost made us walk out of the building due to the condescending and disrespectful tone. He literally almost brought me to tears due to the amount of stress he was causing me. Instead of getting helpful and friendly service, I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. DO not go to this Insurance Agency!

Tanya is one of the employees who works here always smiling and ready to help. Honestly cant wait to go there again. Thank you staff keep up the great work.

They didn't enter our driving history correctly and it was quite a chore to get this fixed so our insurance wouldn't be incredibly expensive. Go to a larger insurance agency where they know what they are doing.
O	O'Neil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed my experience here. As we switched provinces and needed both insurance and new plates. We did not really know what to expect. The lady who helped us was friendly and engaging. Humourous and made the transition very easy. We had everything we needed and even though it took almost a hour it was not a painful experience. Would recommend this place to others and the one piece I would add is make sure you have everything on hand you need to complete paperwork. Call them to ask if you are unsure. They would be happy to let you know what you need to have for that out of province transition.?

Tried twice today after I thought the issue had been resolved via my prolonged phone call to Victoria.? I will be re-contacting Health Services tomorrow to try to resolve things.? Shout out to the McBain staff in Summerland! ??? McBain has become my local go-to insurance locale because it is nearby, the staff is friendly, informative & happy to help....for ICBC driver's license renewal, rentor or home insurance, as well as trailer insurances. Highly recommended ? ??
