My Dad who has dementia and other handicaps was assessed -over two separate visits. Reports and recommendations were sent to Dads care home, his doctor and myself
Colin spent time explaining his assessment and recommendation for Dad. And he sold us nothing, because he didn't feel that at this time a hearing aid was the best choice for Dad.
We have information that I have confidence in! Thank you ever so much Colin and staff at NexGen!!
Will recommend you to everyone!

Colin really care about his clients and the follow up or after sales services is exceptional. Of course part of his successful clinic go to his friendly staff.
I will recommend NexGen to everyone who is looking for a customer oriented company. I have nothing but the highest regard for NexGen.

The staff at nextgen were absolutely phenomenal and set me up, same day with a demo pair that worked great and convinced me to get hearing aids of my own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a 41 year old civil engineer with a profound hearing loss and I've worn hearing aids since I was two years old. I just recently purchased two Oticon More miniRITE hearing aids from NexGen Hearing and I'm amazed with the technology! The clarity of the sound is nothing like I've experienced before. These aids have streaming capabilities thus you can take phone calls, hear the TV or play music via Bluetooth while using the instruments awesome sound quality. Colin did an excellent job with setting up the instruments to my hearing needs. Lisa navigated me through the instruments functions, connected them to my phone and showed me how to adjust the instruments "programs" using the Oticon app. I highly recommend this NexGen Hearing team for your audiology needs.

Even though it was obvious early on in the meeting that hearing aids weren't going to be the solution, he still took over an hour to explain and discuss the test results. It's customer service that can't be overlooked. I highly recommend.
