My family was getting tired of having to repeat themselves all the time so I decided to get some help. I was a little skeptical going in but once there I realized that I was dealing with a professional who cared. Abby answered all my questions in a kind and professional manner. She was on time did exactly what she said she would do at the price she said she would do it(there was no attempt to nickel and dime me). It is wonderful to hear my family again and I can't thank Abby enough for making that happen. I would highly recommend anyone with hearing loss to go and see Abby. She cares!
