β β β β β Their products are great no doubt but some of their staff, not all, need to receive customer service training. Last week i went for curbside pickup and i tapped my card through the window; my husbandβs debit card since i am a tourist here and only have cash. I asked them through the window if it was okay i was using his card since they want to see an ID too. The lady said it was fine and i got home with my products happily. This week i went to pick the exact same products following the exact same procedure and the lady told me i cannot use my husbandβs card despite carrying his PR card and driverβs license. I referred back to last week and she declined to sell to me. I finally did arrange to get the products but am highly disappointed how their staff are all not on the same page and how arrogantly they do not take responsibility of what their colleagues had said or done in the past.

β β β β β My wife got what she needed... we stopped by cuz we were in the neighborhood.
We normally go to other Sally's that are closer to where we live.
The selection seems to be the same as other places. The size of the store is also similes to other locations.

β β β β β Since my first time coming here, I've had nothing but amazing experiences at this Sallys. The staff are not only some of the most friendliest and nicest staff I've seen in a long time, they are also so helpful. They helped me find so many products that are now huge parts in my haircare and I'm telling everyone I know about. The best part, most of these products, would have never looked at. Yet they changed my hair (in the best way possible). The best part about this store, is the staff can speak to first hand knowledge about the products, and it makes a huge difference when you hear "I personally use this and I love it."

β β β β β Just went to grab some supplies to do a client , the lady here 11am Wednesday March 2nd, She knows everything I needed to hear, never gotten good advise some a Sally's worker my past experiences have been people who don't do hair working there and can't give much advise or input. She was great and personable !! Above and beyond with her customer service really appreciate this.
