Agent that I worked with Bernadette A was unprofessional, unethical and used my offer just to increase the other offers. I wasn’t even interested in the property sold but another property from same builder for future date. Agent kept on saying 50k, 100k more I am sure you will get the house. The agent kept me until 12am to draft an offer then to tell me next morning the builder wasn’t interested to sell. The agent fully lied saying they had offers at higher price.
