β β β β β I use to belong to another storage unit facility and over time I found them to be too expensive until a SmartStop storage was opening up near me. I went inside and got some info and to my amazement they are more affordable then the place I was in. Not only that it's inside where it's temperature controlled but the staff was more than happy to help me out and get me the unit that I needed. For the price I was paying be4, I could of had double the size in a unit. It was amazing.

Each time I came, regardless of how busy the facility was, he guided me through all of my inquires and concerns in a timely manner. I must say it is rare to find people with this type of work ethic. β β β β β The staff at this location were excellent. The sales associate even took the time to show us various lockers giving us the opportunity to pick the one we felt most comfortable with. They took the time to answer all our questions and explain the process to us. Would absolutely recommend them and their facility to anyone looking for storage.

β β β β β Syreeta Was very helpful in me finding the perfect storage unit for me. I booked a unit online and when I came in she offered to show me other units to see if I could find a better fit but did not push for me to upgrade as some places do. It was a pleasure to have someone so helpful in such a busy time.

β β β β β We came to SmartStop storage to get some info on there units. The place is very clean and I met two amazing employees Syreeta and Muhammad. They took the time to show us around and the different units. They also helped us figure out what we actually needed and as a result saved us money. There was no pressure or any kind of sales tactics to ensure we rented units before we left. We would actually like to give them 5 stars.
The reason why we are giving SmartStop 4 stars is because they are not open 24 hours, if they are unable to open 24 hours it would be great if they could extend their hours.

β β β β β Very smooth experience.Syreeta made the whole process super smooth. She was very patient and pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. Also she showed me how to lock and unlock.
Also, they have 1st month rent free which is a great thing if you donβt need it for a long term.
Overall highly recommended.

β β β β β Syreeta was very pleasant to deal with. She called me the minute the office was open. She took the time to show me different options and was very helpful. She explained everything that I needed to know and answered all of my questions. This facility is awesome - very clean! The only thing that I would disclose (or maybe it was?) to new customers is that the facility uses a different locking system which you would purchase at the facility. I didnβt know so I went to Home Depot & purchased a padlock which I didnβt need.
