When, I have had to upsize or downsize the unit. Would head to the office. Judith and others working at the front desk over the years. Always greeted with a smile. Taking care of me by arrange whatever my visit needs would be or concerns. Love taking the time to stop by once in awhile to just say hi! See how things are going. Knowing they enjoy it too. Grounds of the property are clean and in order. I personally would highly recommend to anyone looking for unit to rent. Keep up the awesome work :) Have a great day!

I currently have 4 units at the location and couldn’t be more happier as the staff always goes above & beyond to help me specially Judith and lance. Love dealing with these guys ! Highly recommend this location.

I would highly recommend Storewell for your storage needs. I've rented a single unit with them over an year and from the day 1 to now it has been a pleasure. There are plenty of options available when it comes to the picking storage for your needs based on your needs. The facility is gated and secured but available for renters 24/7. This was a big plus for me as there are always unexpected can happen. Absolutely love it. A+++++

I also liked the dancing Santa. There was also a gentleman in charge of maintaining who was very friendly and helpful… I forgot his name but he said he was part time… he was very nice. I paid for my unit one full year in advance because I trust that it is a safe and well-maintained facility. Thank you for making my storage dreams come true…

It is about the prompt service and cleanliness around the property as well. Judith who is the manager at this location is such an amazing person. I have seen her help everyone that she can. Lance, the representative I have dealt with mostly after Judith reflects the work environment which translates into happy customers as well. There are other ladies here who are equally helpful for your storage needs. I initially started with one unit but I have returned for a second one. I have friends whom I recommended this storage facility and they too have moved here. The prices, prompt service, options combined with cleanliness and accessibility is not something that will be available everywhere. They really do have the formula nailed in. Couple of my friends have moved over from Public storage and the difference was night and day for them too. If you are on the edge I would say give this place a try they wont let you down. I am very attentive to details and picky when it comes to things I want my way and I believe if people can satisfy me they would be able to satisfy many others for sure. Judith always tries her level best to accommodate within the means allowed by corporate so the customers don't feel neglected. Without a doubt the team here is top notch!

She answered all my questions and assisted me with finding the perfect sized locker for my needs. She’s very knowledgeable and always greets customers with a huge smile. The property is well lit and they have maintenance staff on site 24/7. I feel quite safe accessing my locker no matter what time of day. I chose this location based on convenience, price and staff friendliness. I am not disappointed!

Storwell suited our needs for the furniture, files and other items that we needed to store. Judith and all the staff I have interacted with are very pleasant and helpful. They respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner and provide the best options which makes the rental and renewal process so easy. They are conveniently located just off the 401 and the storage units are clean, well maintained and most importantly, secure!
