Customer service is awful. They harass their customers on Facebook. Any good reviews from this place are from fake accounts that only seem to review storage units all owned by the same man. Proceed with extreme caution when renting here.

Called to rent a storage unit for a month or two at the latest, and this guy Jarrett answers the phone so I ask what's the price for a month and do I have to bring my own key and lock etc. Then he asks me if I'm working? I was stunned and a bit angry bc he made me feel like I couldn't pay my storage fees. So his lock and his keys go on it I get that, but is it so he can open it and rummage thru my things and dealing with moving and figuring out which place to rent is tough! So I tell him no I'm not bc I have a very important surgery coming up here in the next few days, I don't know why I divulged my health concerns to him. So with that all said and done. He wanted me to pay 2 months up front and damage was close to a $100 so together with the payment or renting his lock and key for $35 my total would and prorated the rest of Nov my total cost was $278. I've never in my life felt so small and dumb. Bc I'm in the middle of moving (our landlord is selling her house) in the end we ended up going to extra storage and getting a unit there for less than half of what he tried to charge me ?

They only do retroactive when you sign into a unit but they charge full month when you don’t use the whole month. I think this is highway robbery because the next person to sign up for a unit is paying for the time I payed for and it has already been paid for. This is not a good form of business in my books. They better start treating customers better cause they will go out of business if I have anything to do with it. You want to make double the money find a new business.

Aside from the rude and arrogant Mark and his egotistical worker, they definitely know how to scam the system into using a storage facility as a way to steal and manipulate people. Ranging from accusations of using the locker as a residence, they have no problem using the authorities as a threat, publicly humiliating clients as well as making it almost impossible to move your items out of the locker, changing their hours and contract on a moments notice. NEVER use this place unless you eant your items stolen and be treated less than camel droppings

Customer is always wrong at this place. They add an extra lock to the gate whenever they feel like it and you can't access your own belongings. They blame it on Covid...yet don't communicate that with their customers. Find any other place to rent from. Owner is extremely rude, unprofessional and patronizing.

One Sunday I wanted to put some things into storage but the gate was locked with a 2nd padlock. I called the emergency number to ask about access and they politely told me they would send someone soon to unlock it. I went home and waited a few hours with no reply. So I called the number again to find out the situation. The man on the phone then proceeded to berate me and patronize me about a pandemic going on and he would educate me about it. He told me he could tell my age that I had no idea. On a side note I work in a pharmacy and would be considered a "front line" worker so I know full well what's going on. I went in the next day to empty my unit one week before the end of the month, and spoke to an employee inside. He said he would talk to the office and they would e transfer my deposit back. I called again and they said they are looking into it. Waited a few more days called again. This time the same guy proceeded to lecture me again, very rudely, and then said take me to court and hung up on me. Long story short rent some where else.

See Facebook for a more detailed review as my characters are limited here. I have had a storage locker here for 10 years as I have been largely out of Canada traveling. There had been no problems all of this time and I trusted that my things were safe and secure. At the end of August my credit card number changed and I contacted them to advise. I was told of course no problem. When the payment didn't come out at the beginning of September as usual I became concerned and contacted them again and was again told no problem. At the end of September on a random date a payment in the amount equal to 3 months rental was charged to my account. I called and was told that I would be refunded via etransfer straight away. All of this did not sit well with me and so I asked a friend to go and have a look at the locker and take a photo of the lock that I had put on it. It was a fairly distinct lock not typical of other locks. My friend sent me a photo of the lock and I immediately knew that it was not my lock on the locker. Very long story short the locker had been broken into and I have been given different and conflicting stories as to what happened. The owner became unreasonable and disrespectful once I realized the break in. At the end of the day the owner refused me access to the locker, kicked me off the property, and has refused to refund my money. It was a heartbreaking experience to go through and the owner showed me absolutely zero respect or even just basic human decency, never mind any shred of customer service. I am now left dealing with the huge trauma of having my locker broken into and my things gone through, dealing with now trying to recover the items that have been stolen, and still attempting to recover the money that they stole from me by disputing the transaction through visa that he never did bother to refund. It's been an absolute heartbreaking nightmare. Avoid anything this man has to do with . He lives in Calgary and who knows what else he has his fingers into. It's not worth my time to do a registry search to find out his name as I am no longer tied to Alberta at all, but if you are doing business in Medicine Hat it might be worth your $10 to learn who he is to avoid him at all costs. Don't make my mistake of trusting this guy.

Just horrible! Charged random amount due to "tax increase". and when confronted calls me to degrade, curse and threaten me. Terrible customer service - has been reported to the BBB. Then now after I have moved my camper and given back keys 5 months ago I get an email that my payment is overdue?? Gives # to call which is not a Mark Lamb - he just uses this name so people will not know his true identity. When I call to question him he began swearing and I knew it was the same guy who I previously spoke with. He said he is not comfortable answering any questions. Do not waste your money, do your research - if pricing is too good to be true - keep looking these clowns are not worth it!!
