★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. All the pharmastics are rude and extremely unhelpful. I’ve been there multiple times in the past and every single time is consistently problems. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
I wish I could give them zero stars.

I went to the pick up window informed the guy standing there I just had 10 inches of my intestines removed, and this Manager looks at me looks over the prescription, starts to just stand there, 3-4 mins later starts in on me and teaching me how to use Drop off window while holding my prescription in his hands. All he had to do is say, "sir, you had 10 inches of your bowl removed?! I will assist you come to the other window." He was acting like I was a yahoo with my drunk friends pulling up to McDs or something. There was also no one in either line up. I go to the other side and I tell the girl that I just had 10 inches of my bowl removed and I just want the stuff that Im covered for to be filled. Then she says, "WOW", I was like. "wow what?". "maybe you would rather, go to your regular pharmacist." and she started to waste my time. This location is slow, asks too many questions for those fresh out of sugary, go somewhere else like the pharmacist-technician recommends. Mar 2017.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Safeway pharmacy does not value their customers. I had abscess tooth and limited to antibiotics i can take they ordered them in for today then realize they will soon expire refused to fill my perscription was tokd it was a waste to them like I don't matter as a customer I have gone elsewhere they are ordering in for tomorrow and I am transferring my husband's and my perscriptions they just lost allot of buisness as my husband's are expensive. Never have I felt so devalued as a customer and in excruciating pain needed to be on antibiotics asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shoutout to this pharmacy for having a "Diabetes Centre"! Diabetes is a terrifting, confusing disease, such that even most doctors and nurses don't know the full story. A specialist centre is so important!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my booster shot. And he wrote first dose and reason was age. It never went though to my Alberta health care records. He didn't listen to me when I told him that I work for AHS and to get my booster and he said he didn't need the confirmation number or the time booked. Worst pharmacy in Edmonton. Listen to your patients and customers. Before you kill them.
