★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has what I need, but man could you guys be more competitive? Sobeys always has you beat on prices. I drink Stiegl, and you are almost 80 cent a can more than Sobeys or Sherbrooke liquor. And no airmiles!

Informative and friendly, however the cashier was the complete opposite, she couldn't find the bottles price and ignored me when I asked what was wrong, she proceeded to place the wine in a plastic bag that ripped immediately and one bottle bounced from the floor, she didnt care to say sorry, she said "it's a sturdy bottle!" Then she put then in the exact same bag, not the smartest person, or kindest. First and last for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to store for liquor in the city now. I drove from across town to go here because I've heard it's the best place for customer service. I Went in to buy a special Christmas gift with a hefty budget, and I didn't want to waste it with someone who didn't know their stuff. 2 minutes into my shop I met Paul the store GM and he blew me away with his in depth knowledge of what the store had to offer. Despite the chaos of the Christmas season I never once felt rushed or like he wasn't giving me his full attention. 10/10 will only go here from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super impressed with the customer service at Wine & Beyond. I was not looking for a particular wine but a particular looking label. I emailed Wine and Beyond and they got back to me very quickly with a solution. They pulled the bottle for me and Pawel at the location was able to make the suggestion that fit what I was looking for perfectly. I was so impressed how quickly they responded and even more impressed at how perfect their suggestion was. 10/10
