★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worst service and ethics I have ever experienced.
A few months back, I was in the area and nearly had an asthma attack after work. Couldn't breathe at all, needed my puffer, didn't have it on me. Came to the pharmacy because I couldn't breathe, to be denied a puffer. I couldn't breathe at all and the kind pharmacist refused to help in any context. I don't carry my health care card on me. Neither do most people. I was in need of immediate help. The assistant was indeed helping me with the situation, when the pharmacist actually stopped her. I had ID, and I have been in your computer before. THANK GOD I know someone on the same block who basically saved my life. Without her, I would have needed to go to emergency.
With a few pharmacists in my family, I know for a fact that she could have helped and chose not to.
I would love to lodge a complaint, unfortunately I am not sure what her name was. How she acted was 100% unethical, and I would like this complaint to find higher management here, I am also willing to come and help the team learn about basic human dignity.
Please follow up with me on email, and I highly recommend anyone considering anything to do with health care stays FAR away from this place.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and always strive to make sure that you're satisfied and taken care of. All of them are very professional and know that your trust is important.
Overall, I would recommend Safeway Pharmacy Montgomery to anyone looking for a new pharmacy or are dissatisfied with their current pharmacy. I promise you you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the folks at this pharmacy are amazing. In the past I've struggled with running out of medication, doctors filling out prescriptions incorrectly, and just plain old budgeting. They've gone the extra mile for me on several occasions, got me in for vaccinations quick, and are always understanding and friendly. The best part is that I feel I could encounter any of their staff and feel taken care of, they do great work!
