★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the greatest experience while shopping I needed assistance in finding items on my list in the bakery I was greeted by a very nice young lady Katrina she was so knowledgeable with the items and baking expertise it was so helpful as well I couldn't leave with out purchasing some Cinnamon buns Katrina was icing as I interrupted her from her work.
Great job thanks so much!!!
I will be a returning customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to buy groceries for my elderly neighbor because it's hard for her to get around the cashier was so rude to me her name was Liz she had a major attitude problem just because I had to pay for my things separately then my neighbors she didn't even say hi or nothing like that just totally condescending towards Me I might just go to the safeway at north hill or when the new superstore opens up I'll go there she ruined my day made it go from good to bad just by her behaviour ! On the other hand the older lady who works at self check out she is so kind and lovely but I had to go to a regular till just to pay for my things since I paid in cash and self checkout doesn't accept cash the woman Liz at the regular till was so rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my favourite Safeway the staff is always so friendly especially at the self checkout. Fair pricing and great selection of dairy free items. I love the sandwich bar so much. Great fresh vegetable and great prices. It’s a hidden secret that everyone should check out. Beats subway hands down, no comparison.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in to buy Tulips and/or some other flower for Easter. Security guy was looking at me and my wife like we are trying to steal something. Felt very unwelcome and unwanted. Guess although they did renew the store recently a lot more customer service is required there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I find Safeway generally more expensive than other grocery stores, the convenience of the location for me can't be beat. They always have the items I need in stock, they've handled themselves well during covid, and the latest interior renovations are looking great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful store. It’s in a great location. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very clean. There’s even a Starbucks inside! Although, the prices are a little bit higher than most grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The renovations make it such a beautiful improvement! Plus it’s the best place to score the new release Starbucks cups when they come out. Friendly and helpful staff and honestly one of the better pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with since coming to Calgary in the last four years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful looking friendly neighborhood Safeway store that just finished renovations. Very well stocked store and extremely knowledgeable and very friendly staff members. They always go above and beyond the call of duty when helping their customers. All the specialty departments look absolutely amazing, I would recommend you come see this new modern looking store.
