โ โ โ โ โ Flowers were purchased and they did arrive and were pretty. However:
- why, when I specifically called to make sure that an order could be delivered directly to a residence, and you confirmed that that this was the case, did you then deliver them to the residence package pickup office instead?
- why was there an extra, tacky, balloon that I did not order attached to the arrangement?
Strange. Not thrilled with the experience.

The family that runs it is really helpful and friendly, I drop by every week to pick something up!
