★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient for the Hospital visitors. Unfortunately, they don't accept Air Miles like other Rexalls because of their unique services. This location also mostly serves as a pharmacy, with very limited off-the-shelf products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The workers were rude and aggressive and I can hear them gossiping about other co workers in front of me. They were lazy and slow, and took so long processing my prescription. I will never come back to this pharmacy. This pharmacy is unacceptable and unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service - one of the worst. The employees, at least one of them, has no common sense at all. Just went there get some off-the-counter medicine for a hospital check. Showed a short brown female employee the clear list. She denied to provide the medicine and instead kept on asking if it's for kidney normal or not. Told her clearly - it's a routine check & I have no kidney issue at all, so it's certainly kidney normal. She just can't understand that. How can a pharmacy hire such an unbelievably low IQ person is a myth to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy has the worst front store staff. The man and woman working today looked at me standing there to make a purchase, turned around and leaned on the back counter and continue talking to each other about non work related issues. Last week I called to inquire about getting estrogel filled for my girlfriend, and was told they don't have it and hung up on me. This is a common medication, commercially available. If they don't have it in, it's easy to order for next day delivery. This Rexall is a good example of what happens when AHS makes the decision to outsource services to the lowest bidder. Horrible quality and service.
