H	Holly Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given five stars as I have received great service from whom I presume to be students; however, because I cannot say the same for the older gentleman behind the counter (I presume he's the full-time pharmacist I have seen all these years) I have reduced it to two stars. I have been filling an ongoing prescription there for a few years. At one point, I was out of refills and one of the assistants offered to contact the physician for a refill. This was completed. I filled it, possibly twice. When I ran out of medication, I thought I had a second refill at home. I did not, so I called the pharmacy to see if another prescription can be refilled. I asked if I could get a refill. Instead of checking my file, this gentleman proceeded to tell me where to look on the bottle to see if there are refills left. I eventually found it and said there were none. Then he proceeded to ask me the date and went into a ramble about when labels were changed, etc. So I asked him directly whether he is able to get me another refill or not. He THEN looked at my file and determined that there IS another refill. So I told him the label is wrong. Then he tells me the label is right. Who knows; at the end of the day, I would just like to get a refill. Will I come back here after that? Unlikely, unless I feel like being made to feel stupid, again.

The Pharmacist (Ron) and his team have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have always taken the time to explain any changes in medication or even to just ask how I'm doing. Kindness goes a long way and this pharmacy is full of it.
M	Mahmoud Mostafa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are not knowledgeable, they took a while to figure out how to enter my insurance plan correctly. They first claimed that I’m not covered. They charge huge prescription fees. I really regret dealing with them, I’ll never come back.
