★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Ryde since they first opened their doors and I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad workout. The team at Ryde works incredibly hard to assure fitting in an intense 50 min cycling class into your busy day is as seemless as possible. Lots of class times, easy check in, a great app, and awesome instructors who always show up organized and ready to rock. Ryde has become one of the things I’ve moved away from Saskatoon. Keep doing what you’re doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classes and instructors are great, but management has a lot of room to grow in terms of interpersonal skills and customer service. Hot-headed, callous, or unresponsive via email. Seems that profits are put before people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unimpressed by the customer service due to manager policy. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled start time and was told I could not join because I "did not arrive 15 minutes early". I was told that this information is in the confirmation of reservation email but I can't find it anywhere. Only thing it says is:
"Late Policy - If you are not in the classroom at the scheduled start time, it is considered a no-show and we reserve the right to assign your spot to another person on the wait list.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy - You may cancel your reservation online up to 4 hours in advance without charges. Members who cancel after this time or do not show up for a scheduled class will be charged for the class."
I asked for a voucher so I could come back but the staff does not have the ability to give one. You have to email the company for it. How can you expect good customer service if you hamstring your employees?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a charity ride. The class was pretty good. Our instructor was nice. My only critique is the music is definitely loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage. My ears have been ringing all night since the class and for this reason I can't see myself going back on a regular basis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here hoping to use the rest of my classes I paid for. I had to take a cab as I do not have a car. I phoned ahead of showing up to see if I need anything. They said no all my info was in the computeralready.when I arrived they told me I need my Vax information and would not let me in. They should have told me that on the phone. When I got angry and explained I showed it to the other location they went as far as calling the police. I was there for health and of course I am vaxonated.
