★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place! First time I’ve ever truly loved going to the gym! Clean, modern, all machines are high-tech with internet acces and private mini gym for women! Showers and lockers are amazing as well, 12/10!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the large gym space for several years and there were some great trainers there. . However, I was billed repeatedlyduring the shut down. Their communication was non existent and conflicting and they don't seem to be able to maintain accurate member records. Ultimately I terminated my contract as I just felt trapped by the situation and their charges that popped up after being told my membership was expired. It is still not fully resolved and they keep trying to bill me for Group PT, which is not even offered anymore. .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love love love this gym!! Everyone on staff is super friendly, entire gym is always so clean and there’s a large variety of great classes running all day to chose from!! I’m also a big fan of the women’s room. Highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great workout environment PT Group coaches are pro-active and motivating. It’s goes with-out say, now that Xander is no longer involved, the dynamics are different. Although, the new coaches are great.
Cleanliness of the PT class could be better…
Overall, wouldn’t give it up for another gym…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SHADY. Interior of the gym is fine. However by emai directly from Klub20:
"During April 2021 to June 2021, payments continued while the gym was closed. This time will be given back to you as an extension to your membership."
In other words the gym is collecting payment (even on month to month contracts) for a service in advance of it actually being provided, which is almost certainly illegal. Stay away, clearly don't truly care about their customers.
What makes it even better is in the same email they state: "During the closed periods of time where payments were fully stopped (April 2020 to July 2020 and November 2020 to April 2021) your membership and payments are pushed forward by the amount of time we were closed for". So for multiple periods they stopped payment but when it became inconvenient for them they just started charging customers regardless...
