It's the place you go to meet old friends and make new ones, where you can release negative emotion, start and end your week on high vibrations, and most importantly feel apart of the biggest and most supportive community of women and men! Sugispin has the best instructors who are so passionate, motivating, and truly know how to light your soul on fire and make you feel all the feels. There ain't no spin like Sugispin ?

It’s a very welcoming and accepting environment, so if you are new to spin you’ll receive amazing help and guidance at Sugispin!

My favourite place to let it all out, anger, sadness, happiness, anxiety, anything and everything. I feel I can come and let it all out together with the rest of those there. The vibes and energy is higher than imaginable. I leave the studio so excited for my next spin. All the instructors are AMAZING! All classes are great none are better than the other. ❤️‍?❤️‍?

Sometimes you even have some cute dogs greeting you. The spin room is full of magic. The lights and the instructors make for a killer class. I always leave with a smile on my face and excited for my next class. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone. Beginner or expert, the crew always makes you feel welcome.

The energy the instructors bring is incredible. The light show they have and the music they hand pick brings the room to life. You spend 45 minutes giving it all you have and when it’s done you leave with a smile on your face. Kana and her team have truly created something different when it comes to spin, and they are some of the nicest people you could meet. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and you instantly feel welcome. Try a class! You will be hooked! ? ?

The bikes are way easier for a beginner to clip in to, as well as adjust the speed which is important when you feel like you’re losing control. There is lots of parking available, and the studio it’s self is clean and streamlined and efficient. Will definitely be coming back for more!
