★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a brand new display 2017 Taxa Woolly Bear camping trailer from Roulottes Levesque and were informed in writing multiple times that it was in excellent condition and always stored indoors. It was delivered to our home in Ottawa, Ontario from the Laval, Quebec Roulottes Levesque location near the end of April. The trailer we received was not as advertised online and did not look like the trailer in the Autotrader ad, which also listed it as new. It has a severely faded, torn and dirty roof top tent, rusted body and frame of the steel camping trailer, and non—functioning parts. We can see where the dealer tried to cover up rust as the white overspray is on the wiring harness and seals around all the compartment doors.
Fortunately we were able to appeal the purchase with Visa and were awarded the dispute and all our money returned to us. We have advised Levesque in writing on several occasions, but despite our best efforts for this dealer to advise us of their intentions, they are delaying and the trailer is simply rotting in our driveway, without ever being used by us. Terrible customer service and false and misleading advertising online of this product.
Update (31-08-2020) — Roulottes Levesque picked up the trailer today after sitting in our driveway for 4 months!

Friendly staff. But service isnt great. I feel that once I paid for my used trailer. I was of no more use. They told me I did not need to b present to have my trailer delivered. But when it was delivered I needed a signature. Good thing my father in law was there. They didn't leave the trailer door open. Had to call the delivery guy to come back to open it.
I did call to voice my dissatisfaction. I was told it has nothing to do with the director, but I had to speak to service. So they were pushing me off so to speak.
I never received my plates and never got a call as to why after leaving 3 messages.
Then finally after reaching the director I was told there were problems getting the plates in laval. Had to get them in chateauguay where the trailer came from.
So as I did get a good deal on my used trailer
The customer service can b improved.
I'd go somewhere else if I had the chance to do it all over

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought an camper 3 years ago and when I went to exchange it this year to fiend out they where charging me extra insurance without any one knowing we were 4 of the Family in the office plus the sales men and finance and no one ever mentioned anything about an insurance I guess you should never trust anyone and make sure to read every line 10 times the salesmen told me he will verify and called me back to day to tell me that I signed the paper and they can do nothing and just ended the call they didn’t even try to do anything for me or offer me an alternative not a big deal will still change my RV but I guess not from there. Just be carful when they buy from there to not get scrued from hidden charges that they wont tell you about

What can I say more that I don't say before.
People , DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM.
They gave you the impression in the beginning that they are professionals but trust me you gonna regret after that.
They gonna say that they are sorry for inconvenient and all the sht.
Any way GOOD LUKE FOR THOSE THEY DECIDE TO STILL BUY FROM THEM.
