On nous promis une inspection , on s'est vite rendu compte et même leur propre technicien l'a dit , que ça aurait dut être vérifier. Tous les joint des tuyaux coulais , on flushais pis l'eau sortais d'en dessous des cabinet. Il son venu , nous on proposer de continuer la saison comme ça et que la réparation se ferais l'hivers. Jusque là ok , il vienne la prendre en Septembre. Aucun suivis , j'ai envouyer 3 courriel , rien , j'ai appeler pis la oups on me rappel, il vienne de commander les cabinet en Février. Donc la réparation ne se fera pas du moin sans que s'a aille un impact sur notre saison car va falloir commencer la 2e saison avec notre roulottes avec des cabinet boursoufler par l'eau a grandeur de la cuisine au Bunk en il nous ont toujours pas fournis de plaque d,immatriculation, et on voulais une démo , ce n'est jamais venue , on nous a dit , ok une video vous sera alors donné , On la jamais eu , la j'apprend qu'il ont mis une vidéo sur leur site. Ceci est un court résumé d'une roulotte neuve , qui sera peut-être réparer ,quand ? ca personne ne répond à la questionl. Un endroit a évité de dépenser des sommes de cette envergure a cet endroit. Do not buy from this place, I never do a review usually but it totally exceeds the limits. I bought a 2020 Avenger 27 DBS. We were promised an inspection, we quickly realized and even their own technician said it, that it should have been checked. All the joints of the pipes flowed, we flushais worse the water came out from under the cabinet. He came, we proposed to continue the season like that and that the repair would be done in the winter. Until then ok, he will come and pick it up in September. No follow-ups, I sent 3 emails, nothing, I called and the oops they called me back, he just ordered the cabinet in February. So the repair will not be done at the least without having an impact on our season because we will have to start the 2nd season with our trailers with cabinets bloated by water throughout the kitchen at the Bunk in it we always have no license plate provided, and we wanted a demo, it never came, we were told, ok a video will then be given to you, we never got it, I learn that they put a video on their site. This is a short summary of a new trailer, who may be repaired, when? ca nobody answers the question. One place has avoided spending sums of this magnitude there.

I drove 45 minutes to find out they did not have the part I wanted which could have been resolved easily over the phone.
