★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NON Absolutely NOT.. the after service is not good at all. And for parts they are even worse. Le proprio ou gérant est très arrogant et le service est pitoyable. Go to any other RV place. The one on Bank St is the best and I will go the extra for sure. No more giving my money to leisure days especially Gatineau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a new Vista Cruiser, and from the time we picked it up, AND noted many deficiencies... we are on our 3rd year with the vehicle and STILL items have not been fixed.
The trailer has even been shipped to Indiana to correct issues. Now the dealer is telling us they will not fix what was reported under warranty, nor are they assisting with customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ended up having to deal with this dealership after making a purchase at the rv sale in Ottawa ( Canadian tire center weekend sale) Wish we would have never dealt with them. Dishonest and sneaky. Paid over 800$ admin and delivery fees to have the unit cleaned and safetied etc. Arrived on pickup up date .. lights dont work, no ownerships, unit was never cleaned, paperwork was unavailable in English, and parts were missing. Attempted to speak to manager who was unwilling to correct any of the issues or refund any money. Worst buying experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience has been nothing less than the very best! I had first called Buckingham regarding a trailer I saw on their website. Dan was so helpful giving me all the information I needed and answering every question for me. He also helped me determine what we wanted as we weren't even quite sure! ;) After about 10 days of many phone calls and emails with Dan, we took the hour drive to Buckingham to see a specific trailer. Dan had it pulled up to the front, lights on and ready to show us the trailer. He was so knowledgeable and very organized. We bought that day!
Yesterday, we went to pick up our trailer. Richard did the walk through with us and explained every detail. He was patient, thorough and really wanted to make sure we knew everything we needed to know.
I highly recommend Leisure Days Buckingham!

He spent some time online and help me get what i was looking for a VIN number from a model that had the medicine cabinet ..thanks Zachary
