Mathieu and team did amazing work. They provided us with a modern pool that fits the landscape of our backyard beautifully. The best investment we have made for our family was the pool.

This Review is way overdue. We met with Mathieu last summer and quickly decided this was the place that will earn our business. Everything went smooth from the purchase to the install. Very informative and knowledgeable. Always answered our calls and dealt with our concerns. Definitely recommend this family owned business to anyone looking for a pool. **It's been a year now and Mathieu still comes by to make sure all is running well**Thank you for your great service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I am outraged at the way I was spoken to by one of the staff. First of all I brought my water sample over 3 days ago and left it there to be analyzed since they are very busy with the season starting which I understand. I was told that I would hear back that day in regards to what I needed. I never heard back, the next day I called and was told they are busy and did not have time and that I will hear back by the end of the day, never heard back again. Finally the third day I called back again which is difficult to even try to talk to anyone because they rarely answer their phone! I was asked again for the information in my account and was told that I would receive an email shortly with the analysis of the water via email, I received a useless email that was just to confirm my account with no other information about what I need for the pool as I was told I would by the staff... So at this point I am getting frustrated that it is now day 4 and I still have no information as to what I need! I call back to see what's going on an expressed my opinion that at this point the level of service is not the best and that I am not impressed, even though that the prior 3 days I had remained calm and understanding. Employee gave me the run around again in a very rude tone because I had mentioned that the service was not great, and advised blah blah we are busy, the pandemic blah etc as excuse for the poor service which like I said I was understanding at first but there are limits! He told me if I'm not happy to go somewhere else, which is exactly what I am going to do. I was trying to do my part to support a local store, but they have now lost my business and I will gladly go and buy my products and spend my money somewhere else especially the big BOX stores! In additona he hung up in my face and didn't let me talk because apparently as a client I am not allowed to express my dis-satisfaction with the 4 day wait time when I was told it would be the same day...
