We negotiated a price on a trailer, the day we were to sign the papers, they sold it to someone else for a higher price. They also told us the cheaper price was cause our salesperson was old....

Problem with the door handle couldn.t open the door by phone they help me get out and send somebody( 1:30) from my place to the campground and they honored the guarantee What a good service thank you to the team ? france

We needed a new thermostat installed for our Park Trailer at Cedar Shade Camping ground..great service, parts on hand.. most pleasant, fair, knowlegeable Management and Staff..highly recommended..moi

What a waste! Had a water heater problem in my trailer which is parked at a nearby campground . The guy on the phone could not give me a shorter time frame for when the technician woukd show up. "Sometime between 8 and 5". Technician showes up at 4, in his personnal vehicle with only a volt meter and cell phone. He did the trouble shooting with help from someone on the phone. Found the problem after about 20 minutes. The thermal cut-off was the issue. He sets me up to give me some hot water for the weekend, as this is a Friday. He says he'll call me later to confirm if there are any parts at the shop. By 10:30, Saturday morning, no call, so I call the place myself. The guy on the phone says "parts dept guy is busy, he'll call me back". 45 minutes later, the technician calls me back to say the part will be in on Monday . I say I'll go pick it up whe it comes in. Another 90 minutes later , the parts guy calls me to ask what I needed. I tell him I already spoke to the technician and he confirms that the part will be in most likely on Tuesday . I tell him that I'll go pick it up on Thursday. On Tuesday, I get a call from a guy at the Ange-Gardien location and he seems surprised that I am picking up the part at the Plantagenet location. He has the part with him, but assures me that it will be in Plantagenet for Thursday . On Thursday, I drive from Ottawa to get the part. The guy at the front desk cannot find anything with the order number I give him. I explain everything so far to him and he goes to the back. He comes out to tell that the technician knows what I need and is washing his hands and will be out shortly. I see the technician come in from the front door with a part he clearly removed from a trailer in the lot. No packaging. The other guy is on the phone with someone to try to figure out what part number to use to charge me. I tell them both that this part comes in a package of 2. After another 5 minutes of seeing so much incompetence while I was there, I leave without the part and having to drive back to Ottawa. What a waste of my time. Oh well, at least they got paid for the service call. Be weary of dealing with this place.

They are amazing. They have worked so hard for us this week. Irene is an amazing lady and I can't thank her enough for the time she has invested to help my family get a trailer. Our sales Rep Giles is what a salesmen should be. Kind and honest. We drove a hour out of our way to check out a little used trailer. I say if your not next door it's worth the drive, This place is a gem.
