My dad is not computer savy and asked me to write this for him. Was really happy with service and product Trovois provided. The owner really cares for his customers and it shows.

Ordered windows for my Sprinter van at Travois RV Industries. A few days before picking up the windows they told me that they installed one of my windows onto another van. They said they would have the window removed from the other van and then I could pick it up at their shop. I asked for a discount on this window since it's been used and not a brand new window anymore. I also asked them if they could do the install themselves because I called my window installer and he did not want to make the install on used windows since he cannot give any installation warranties on used windows. I also cited the Sprinter Source Forum where I was told to not take a chance on installing a used window on a brand new 2020 van. This is Travois' response: (copy/paste of actual email) "I'm not negogitating a discount on a window that is brand new, especially with so many supply chain disruptions, which people on the forum should also be experiencing when looking for parts. With so many "experts" on the Sprinter Source Forum who are not MB Master Upfitters like we are, their advice means nothing to us." I found their reply incredibly condescending and rude. Also never admitted and apologized for their mistake while I waited 3 months for nothing. Now, my DIY van build will be delayed yet again until I can get my hands on new windows. They also said it was not a problem for them since they were going to install the used window on one of their future van builds. So lookout, If you're having a van build done by them, you may be getting a used window without your knowledge. I would avoid Travois RV Industries at all costs if I were you. *UPDATE#1* Travois replied to my review below with multiple lies and omissions to try to discredit me. For example, They say: "we never took a prepayment. Out of good faith on our part...". I asked on 2 separate occasions if I could pay a deposit to ensure the window reservation and they would not let me. Also, Travois says, condescendingly, that I tried to "haggle" the price down on the very first email. For 2 of the 4 windows, the CRL Bunk Windows, I asked if they could match Amazon's pricing. If they could not, I would've bought these 2 out of 4 windows on Amazon. Is there anything wrong with that? It goes on and on. I have all the emails to prove it. Please just beware of this company. *UPDATE#2* This morning, I called another van conversion shop that carries Sprinter windows. I told them about what had happened with Travois. The lady literally told me:" oh, that's you!". She read all about it on social media. I am glad this story is getting around so people can stay clear of Travois. *UPDATE#3* No reviews prior to mine. 1 week after my negative review, 3 glowing reviews magically appeared for Travois. What does this tell you?

On the 9 of November I took my dream machine (sprinter 2017) to Travois for the beginning of the “transformation”. I was very exited at the idea of moving forward with a project that I have had long before Covid started. I was driving to Travois shop to get a roof rack installed, 2 windows and an awning put in. The work done on my van that day was excellent quality work. A solid and professional installation by Alex made me want to go back there for some more modifications. In fact when the spring time comes around I will have a floor and a “Seat bed “ fitted in the van. When waiting for the van at Travois I spent some time talking with Alex ,Daniel and Denise, the Travois team . I had great discussions with them. They provided with lots of good informations about van building. Thank you guys for being such professionals and great human beings. Louis

I was looking for some replacement parts for my Horrex windows on my Tab 400 trailer. Even though they had only purchased complete window sets for their van builds and were not a Horrex distributer they went out of their way to get me what I needed. I have to say they showed an exceptionally high level of customer care in my dealings with them. Very rare in today's business world.

After purchasing my brand new 4x4 Sprinter, unlike regular pick-up trucks, Sprinters are hard to find good information to modify them especially in terms of suspension lift and installing bigger tires, luckily I was strongly recommended by Van Compass to contact Travois VR, not only the answered all my questions but gave me total confidence about doing the lift kit on my van knowing that they work directly in collaboration with Mercedes Benz to approve all the modifications. When I got to their shop, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much knowledge and equipment they had, they took their time to show me all the other modification they could do to my van, you can totally tell that is a family business and they made me feel part of the family right away. It’s a “one stop shop”, they can take your project from the beginning to the end, whether it’s big or small, working with the best parts suppliers from the States and from Europe. I highly recommend Denise, Daniel and Alex for all your Sprinter need :)
