M	M Wooderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good care but always so slow. Usually end up waiting for 20 min or more for every appointment. Update: just can't fathom how they are so slow, taking more and more time. They require you to stay in the parking lot while they work, but take hours. We would move if they didn't have our pet's medical records.
D	Debbie Woll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately any positive experiences of our past was outweighed by our horrible experience yesterday. Our family has been loyal to Dr Brown for the past 8 + years. And yesterday, we had to make the hard decision to put our family dog of twelve years down. The incredible lack of compassion we received over the phone was disgusting, we were told that they quite simply would not make time for her and we were told to wait until 7pm and take her to a local emergency vet. I understand that the clinic is busy, and I understand that emergencies happen. But when a loyal customer calls, obviously very upset, and is met with disinterest and a severe lack of compassion, it is very disheartening. When those two things, are exactly what they promise on their website. We will not be returning, and any future family pets will be taken elsewhere. This was a truly disappointing experience.

Their staff are professional, friendly and approachable. This is not one of those places you just drop off your pet and hope things go well. They spend quite a bit of time gathering information about you pet's environment, habits and preferences to ensure a comfortable and stress-free experience. They upfront about required v optional treatments and go above and beyond to answer questions you may have about your pet or best practices. Would prefer if one could enter with your pet again, but the size of the clinic means social distancing is not possible. They have definitely tried to make the process as smooth and engaging as possible though, while still respecting safety protocols.
B	Brett Hines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my dog in her last days after leaving my old vet unsatisfied and ripped off. They went above and beyond to do as much as they could. At 10 pm the Dr was hand writing out my dogs records in order to transfer them to emergency clinic that night. Have a new pup now and she will be a life long patient. They really care about the animals.

The doctor and staff listened to my concerns and addressed them. so glad I came to this clinic. I live in Toronto but will be bringing my doggy up here to see the doctor if ever needed. Her eyes are opened and her behavior tells she's feeling better.

I had an emergency situation and luckily they were able to fit us in within five minutes. I have never seen or experienced such a peaceful euthanasia as I have with this veterinary clinic. Amazing people, highly recommend.

Dr Sutton was absolutely amazing and went far above and beyond expectation in care, comfort and time to explain. She and her team were incredibly kind and saw to it that we were refunded for the adoption fees as well as taking care of almost all other fees. Their care and love still makes me tear up as much as the loss of the kittens does. When we are ready for new kittens we most definitely will be using this hospital as our go to care for them. Thank you so very much!!

The whole team takes time to answer any of your questions or concerns and even calls a couple days later to follow up, which is greatly appreciated since we are first time dog parents! We’ve also had an amazing experience with the laparoscopic spay, 100% would recommend especially for high energy dogs!
