Within minutes of posting on HomeStars I had a call from Rooter-Man Plumbing & Waterproofing Toronto and booked an assessment for the next morning. Matthew arrived on time, and quickly determined that we had a leak in an old lead pipe, and walked us through our options for replacing it. Twenty minutes after he left, our sump pump failed and water started to seep into the basement. Matthew returned and got the sump pump working again, and his crew arrived at the agreed upon date and time and completed the work. To my immense delight, they also cleaned up after themselves. This could have been a nightmare, but Matthew and Rooter-Man made sure we ended up with the best possible outcome. I won't hesitate to call them again.

Our problem turned out to be more complicated than we all anticipated but he persevered and got the job done. He also cleaned up the mess!!! He was very informative, outgoing, & personable. Way to go Matt!!! Thanks for fixing our clogged pipes. We are very happy with our service fix today.

I was so surprised, my issue was not an emergency but the response time was amazing! I dont know if price was a great deal because I didn’t shop around but since they were so eager for my business, I went with them. The tech came on time and explained to me the estimate prior to work. Pictures were provided regarding blockage and tech was very knowledgeable and well spoken. Very professional service. If I had to do this again I may had taken the time to check other estimates. In terms of this service from beginning to end, very highly recommended.
