Their camera investigation also identified a cracked section of the old clay sewer pipe outside of the house. This was expertly replaced with a PVC section and a cleanout pipe was installed as per more modern houses. Very good job site clean up after all work was completed.
B	Burke Van Valkenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our city water shut off valve was so tight I couldn’t turn it off anymore so I hired Vitaliy to replace it with a ball style tap with an handle and had him replace the outdoor water shut off as well while he was on site. He did a nice job. He also recommended someone to replace our hot heater. I felt comfortable asking him for the referral as he was caution to not recommend someone he didn’t know would do a good job.

Master Drain came that day to access problem and returned promptly to dig up and install a new pipes, required two as drain had a Y- connection that was plugged. The service men were very professional, explained and showed me the broken ,plugged drains, worked quickly and left the basement area tidy and clean. They showed up the same day to assess the situation and after running a camera and snake through the pipes determined we had roots growing in them. They explained the situation to us and let us know that we would need to replace the pipe just outside of the house with two cleanouts and a backwater valve to ensure water wouldn't back up in the house in the future. They were able to complete the entire job the next day and took care of all the paper work for the city rebate. Their prices were fair and their service was great. I'd definitely recommend them and use them again.

Vitaliy responded quickly and was ready to send someone the night I contacted Master Drain. This ended up being an emergency repair which the team completed on a holiday. I can now rest easy without the risk of the clay pipe collapsing and causing a flood of sewage water in my basement thanks to Master Drain.
